1、QA Manager

Job Description

To manage DVT/QA portion of BTC software development projects.

Responsibilities

-Work with product management, software and hardware development, and professional services to ensure the overall quality of BTC product line and solution.

-Manage and coach a group of QA/DVT professionals that includes technical leads and individual contributors.

-Enhance current QA/DVT process to support the growing business.

-Enhance QA/DVT infrastructure including test tools and automation.

-Develop metrics to measure QA/DVT success and overall quality.

Qualifications

-5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in QA.

-At least 3 years of management experience.

-Proven track record managing QA/DVT teams of 5+.

-A successful track record establishing the QA/DVT automation infrastructure and tool development.

-Knowledgeable in application layer product and solution testing.

-Excellent people management, coaching, communication, and project management skills.

-CMM / ISO9000 knowledge is a plus.

-Fluent in read/write/speak English

-BSCS.

2、Sr. Software Tester

Job Description         

To provide QA service for BTC software products and documents.

Responsibilities

-Working closely with iQstor Dev group and PS team in America and China to deliver software bundles.

-Test the software products, and help clients in bug fixing, manage the packaging process.

-Problems identification and investigation.

-Test tool development, automation script development.

-Test environment set up, test case execution, CR follow-up, test result report.

-Interoperability test with products from 3rd parties

-Provide the support to marketing and trail team for technical issues.

Qualifications

-BS degree, major in Computer Science or Engineering related area.

-Solid knowledge of Software Engineering Testing methods and process.

-1 - 3 years of practical working experience in software testing and packaging.

-UNIX or DBMS administration skills are required, preferred with certificates from SUN, Oracle, Microsoft etc.

-Experience in script programming is a plus.

-Develop Test Plan and execute all test cases within the allocated test execution schedule.

-Good verbal and written communication in English.

-Knowledge and experience in storage/backup areas is preferred.

-A quick learner with strong desire to learn and excel.

-Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

3、Sr.Java Software Engineer – GUI

-Job Description
To develop the next generation GUI for iQstor SAN manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.
- Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.
- Conduct analysis on customers' requirement.

-Qualifications
- BS degree, major in Computer Science. MS degree is desirable.
- Must possess a minimum of 3+ years experience in Java and swing development necessary.
- Graphic User Interface (GUI) prior engineering experience required.
- Networks or device management software experience preferred.
- Must possess a very strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Strong experience on using SCM tools, VSS or Starbase
- Understand Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, HTML/DHTML, XML, middleware, etc.
- Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.
- Excellent team player with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, self-motivated, whilst offering and open to new ideas.

4、Sr. Software Engineer/Software Engineer – Middleware

Job Description

To develop storage resource management software.

Responsibilities

-Design, code, maintain and verify our SAN resource management products.

-Work with QA group to develop product from concept to public release.

-Collaborate with external partners to integrate products from 3rd parties.

Qualifications

-BS degree, major in Computer Science. MS degree is desirable.

-3+ years software engineering experience.

-Expert in programming languages ANSI C, rich experiences in development/debug in UNIX environment. C++/Java is a plus.

-Desirable experiences on either of areas: IO model of Windows/UNIX/Linux, file system rationale or DBMS.

-Master Intranet and Internet technologies: HTTP, TCP/IP, UDP, PPP, Firewall, HTML/DHTML, XML, middleware, etc.

-Good command of English, on reading, speaking and writing.

-Excellent communication consultancy skills.

-Experience in working with internal or external partners.

-Qualities: Integrity, self-motivated, creative, dynamic, timeline sensitive, goal oriented

5、系统管理员

-大专或以上学位，计算机及相关专业毕业，英语四级以上；拥有在ICP、ISP、IDC、金融、电信等大型企业的数据中心系统维护工作经验；
-精通Windows/Unix/DBMS的系统管理；
-希望你具备集群系统管理经验
-熟悉互联网应用技术知识、网络安全和邮件系统管理；
-良好的团队合作精神和沟通交流能力、文字语言表达能力及较好的逻辑分析能力；
-具有高级系统管理证书者优先；
-乐观积极向上，工作态度严谨，刻苦敬业，主动进取；
-能够承担一定的工作压力，有良好的学习能力和创新意识、服务意识及高度的责任心。
