职位一：开发转测试的（要英语口语能交流的）
1. Setup test environment based on system test strategy including familiarity with imaging (Norton Ghost) and/or virtual machine technology (VMWare).
2. Ability to create automation and manual functional test cases
3. Perform functional, integration, and regression testing.
4. Tracking and analyzing bugs
5. Write bug reports in bug management system
要求：
1. Familiar with Java/J2EE
2. Familiar with App Server -  JBoss, Weblogic
3. Familiar with DB - Mysql, Oracle
4. English read/write/speak/communication skill
5. Familiar with testing process
6. Self-management
7. Good teamwork



职位二：Test lead
Manage Adobe Lightroom QE team and communicate with Adobe China and US
要求：
1. 5 years working experience in QE working, at least 2 years working as a team lead.   
2. Have at least 2 years experience with CS product experience, such as Photoshop.
3. Great understanding to software development lifecycle.
4. Solid globalization testing knowledge and strong technical background in using testing tools.
5. Have experience in software engineering work would be a plus
6. Self-motivation is a requirement.   Candidate needs to demo the ability to drive ideas to solution.
7. Needs to demo good understanding of project management knowledge.
8. Good English communication skill.
