Overall Job Purpose
Responsible for designing and developing executable test cases/ scenario.

Key Accountabilities & approximate time split (%)
(Ideally 4-10 points, or headings with sub-points. Quantify where possible e.g. cost/income budget, no of subordinates, likely no of yrs/mths to complete longest task. Could note key external/internal lateral relationships)       
Strategic Planning (10%)
Plan for the daily test case execution for the tasks assigned

Analytical & Strategy Support (80%)
Design test cases to verify delivered functions
Execute test cases, log the issues and verify the fixes
Setup testing bed for execution

Partnership (10%)
Work with Dev team to reproduce the defect and resolve
Participate in defect analysis

Person Specification
(Personal attributes essential to performing role: e.g. skills, competencies, expertise, knowledge, experience.  Note: experience not to be time-bound)               
At least 2 years of Software testing experience is an absolute must for this role
Good understanding of basic testing disciplines (i.e. Unit, SIT, UAT, Defect Flow, etc)
Objective, rational and multidisciplinary thinking, with a strong motivation to extend knowledge to related disciplines
Good communication and writing skills
Good English skill
Good analytical and process reengineering skills
