Requirements:
-Bachelar Degree or above in Computer Science or relevant with at least 3 years experiences in software development
-At least 2 years solid C/C++ experiences on multiplatforms
-MQ experience(programmin/system)
-ARM knowledge is definitely a plus
-MQ and C/C++ development experience on zOS is an advantage
-Familiar with J2EE application servers (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat or JBoss)

Requirements:

-At least 2 years SP experiences on IBM mainframe
-Familiar with zOS/SYSPLEX, CICS/Plex, DB2 for zOS/Data Group, IMS/Plex
-Familiar with SMP/e, zWAS and MQ
-Familiar with DFSMSdfp, DFSMSdss, DFSMSrmm, DFSMShsm
-Ability to analyse SMF data
-z/VM, IBM370 assembler and dump analyse is a plus

楼主在招聘iSeries软件工程师的技能要求时,均把熟悉的英文单词Familiar错写成了Familira,上面没错怎么就下面错了呢
纳闷ing.......................

另外在要求的时候只要熟悉(Familiar)那些技能就好了吗?薪水范围会控制在什么程度呢?英语要求有多高?

嗯嗯，我总觉得我到达楼主的要求后是无论如何不会去做基础的测试工作了，所以我觉得楼主不好招人

但现在招聘测试人员时的要求都明显偏高的!
这也很符合测试行业的发展趋向的,毕竟测试在IT行业愈来愈被受到重视了!
