       I have been in here for 2 months, after wrote the test case, and reviewed by others, I feel they have good work process but poor test skill, most test are done manual and it's hard to say how to write a good test case, is this due to my underestimate the importance of test case?
      Yesterday the intern said he feel he can't learn much though wirting the boring test case, here is no automatic test, is it too simple to test? I don't think so, in fact, test is not so simple, even if your work is simple, to be a senior QA, lots of skill is needed, compay just pay you for to do the work, it do not have the responsibility to train you and let you be more excellent, so I must bear in mind there is always sth to learn...

  • Report for August 2008

    So far I have worked here for one month, I attended two weeks of training and wrote one test case, learnt the process of testing here.

    At first, I felt very hard, we use different concepts, different work process, use different work template, however there weeks later, I found very easy. Besides, I am in a considerate better project team, and colleague are friendly, So I do not have much pressure now and begin to learn Japanese in my spare time, learning Japanese is a good way to kill time on the bus, hope I will keep on.

  • My frist day at the new company

    2008-7-21

       I feel quite good at the new company, at first I have the fear that can not get used to the new job quickly , acturaly they have training programs and the peers looks very nice. I feel very comfertable. And have the passion for work again, that's pretty good.
       And I have the feeling that, the frist job took me at least 1 month to adapt to it and famillar with the colleagues, this new job may take me much less time to adapt to it, that's mean I am more mature
       To do job seriously for short period of time is easy for me, but keep on this spirit is so hard, a friend of mine said once upon a time I was not patient enough, I know that, so I will conquer this defects.
       To be more serious and patient, and never neglect every progress I have achive, it can make a difference.

  • The early bird get the worm---plan for July 2008

      From today to July 21st, I will be quite free in current company, I'd rather do sth useful than just sit there to waste time, make good use of this short period of time can make big difference.
      1, Reading and listening Crazy English, intensify prictise can make big progress, particularly in oral English
      2, Get genral idea of ERP in order to do the new job ASAP
      3, Prepare for the residence permit, take ID card photo and transfer my Party relationship
      4, Welcome my classmates from Zhengzhou and have fun with them

  • My second Job

    2008-6-27

    From next month, I'll go to next company. Although them give the low salary, I still want to leave the current compay. I have enough reason to quit my current job.
    Fristly, my current company is not very standard to some degree; secondly I have learnt enough here, if insist on I'll learn little; Thirdly, I want to know something about the erp, maybe it will be a good chance to change my career.
    I appreciate the first company let me make a living and learnt sth about testing, and I will treasure the second job which make me settle down and safer, and I'll do good job in my new company!

  • My Current Job

    I am very tired with the current job, not beacuse it is too busy but beacuse it is not busy, I always learnt by myself and have nobody to discuss and nobody to compared with. If keep on doing this I'll be crazy and can't learn anything except kill time:(
    I don't know weather the last interview will success or not, hope I'll make it!

    You know what?
    The most miserable thing is give u hope at first, then extinguish it!
    Such as the interview and my exboy friend.It can turn u from heaven to hell at the same day. I have no body to rely on except myself.

  • Report for May

    This month I was not very efficent, after the 7 days May day vaction, I feel so relax, and leant little in the past month.
    1.healed the beauty spot on my face
    2.browsed the Oracle Book quickly and some test knowledge
    3.tested website and IMap
    4.attended an interview which the hunter recommanded me.

  • A long way to go and report for April

      I don't want to change my job now, as I can't find very good job, anyway stay here is not a bad choose, I should accumulate more experience in both technical and communication, I should rebound and work hardly as before, never give up the passion of work, enjoy the work and make progress step by step.
    I was not efficiently as before this month
    1.read a digital book on Oracle
    2.setup Linux study entironment by VMware and decide to play it from time to time
