主要职能:   We need STE 1 to do test from technical point of view and have test knowledge and sence
        Write test cases for web application especially from the technical view
        Submit some good test methods or solutions on how to test
        Find bugs or potential bugs

专业技能:Have knowledge on manual test, automation test, web page
        Good test sense
        Full understanding of the software development cycle and test roles
        Could learn new technique knowledge quickly
        At least one year’s testing experience
        Have knowledge on C# or C++,Flash,Xslt,XML,SQL server
        Have knowledge on Javascript coding

英语能力四级以上，听说读写流利。
有明显的测试意识，有潜力
工作热情,主动
具有责任感
有团队合作精神
善于沟通
