1.Software Quality Manager

Responsibility:
•Define the software quality strategy, implement and institute the quality systems to improve the software design quality and reliability
•Institute the design review, inspection, testing, problem reporting & resolution and change control in development process
•Conduct in-process audits and quality reviews to ensure that the quality goals are met
•Analyze, prioritize and feedback software issues and drive to closure
•Drive the software process improvement and improve the quality systems & tools in the software development projects
•Develop tools, standard and procedures for measurement of the projects and performance, quality and cycle time
•Manage the software program deliverables of the wireless communications product & solution projects
•Implement project management to manage the achievable/deliverables and risk/change control management

Requirement:
•University graduate in engineering, preferable in electronic or software engineering
•8 years in software quality, software development or software project management experience with minimum 3 years in management level
•Good presentation, communication and cross-functional interpersonal skills

2.Software Testing Manager

Responsibility:
•Define the software testing strategy, implement and institute the software testing systems to improve the software test capability
•Institute the software testing methodology for software test efficiency and effect improvement
•Develop tools, standard and procedures for software testing projects
•Analyze, prioritize and feedback software issues and drive to closure
•Drive the automation test systems for wireless communications product
•Manage the software testing team
•Train and educate software testers to achieve continues performance improvement

Requirement:
•University graduate in engineering, preferable in electronic or software engineering
•8 years in software testing or software development experience with minimum 3 years in management level
•Good presentation, communication and cross-functional interpersonal skills

3.Software Test Engineer

Responsibility:
•To develop software test case for reference platform and SDK
•To perform manual testing

Requirement:
•At least 2-5 years of experience in software development & testing
•Familiar with software testing procedure.
•Familiar with GSM spec
•Familiar with Linux develop environment
•Preferably have experience in Smart-phone testing

4.SQA & SPI Engineer

Responsibility:
•Establish efficient software development lifecycle process
•Drive continuous software process improvement
•Audit and inspect software development team to ensure software development process is strictly followed.

Requirement:
•At least 2-5 years of experience in software development & testing
•Familiar with software testing procedure.
•Familiar with GSM spec
•Familiar with Linux develop environment
•Preferably have experience in Smart-phone testing
