Description
While planning a load test it is important to understand the various roles and responsibilities for the individuals who will participate in the test.
Solution
The attached MS Word document provides a table that lists all the various personnel resources that may be required to setup and run a load test. These include business analysts, system administrators, DBA's, network, etc. These roles are mapped against the different stages of a load test: Initial assessment, planning, test development, execution, and analysis. This table is helpful for initial resource planning to ensure who have the right personnel at the right time during the test project.
