招聘 QA Leader
工作地点：北京
Job Description:
- Development of RealPlayer and Helix DNA features
- Participating in the Helix Community, through email, IRC, and assistance in bootstrapping contributing developers
- Participation and assistance with team functions (reviewing new community processes, documentation, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, particularly on mobile phones.
- At least 1 years experience managing software testing teams
- At least 1 yr of experience working in multi-national teams that reside partially in Beijing and partially in the United States
- Experience with Android, Symbian and Linux development is desired in order to be able to write test tools.
- Must be creative, have strong problem solving ability, good verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to deliver cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.

Experience:
-          3+ years experience with Java, C/C++ application testing.  
-          At least 2 medium scale projects from inception to completion.
