Test Engineer, Sr (JD Code:10216)


Experience working in electronics manufacturing (experience working with both local and offsite manufacturing a plus);
Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and priorities;
Experience writing test plans based on design specifications;
Experience developing complete s/w and h/w test solutions for board and system level products;
Programming experience – Windows, bash script, C, Perl preferred;
Familiarity with PC architecture a plus;
Familiarity with ATCA, IPMI, Networking, a plus;
Key responsibilities:
Experience with s/w and h/w Test fixture design for boards and systems;
Developing and supporting test solutions for Contract Mfg. of embedded computing products;
Test planning, test development, manufacturing documentation, manufacturing training and support;
Occassionaly work with customers to understand and implement robust tests;
Participate on teams for New Product Introduction to Manufacturing;
Programming scripting and debugging test code;
Interacting with internal teams and customers to resolve problems and improve product quality;
NPI and Sustaining Manufacturing Test at local and remote sites;
Developing new tests, methods and tools for improving and automating processes;
Review and implementing Engineering Change Orders, Quality Action Notices;

Minimum 3-5 years designing and implementing functional test diagnostics and equipment for PCBA and System products is preferred. Similar experience in a manufacturing or development environment will be considered.
BSEE, BSCS, BSCE required, MSEE or MSCS or equivalent a plus.
This individual must be highly motivated and energetic.
Willingness to work in a highly dynamic and changing environment.
Willingness to work multiple hours and dates to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
Ability to prioritize and expedite multiple tasks to establish and maintain task schedules is highly desirable
Some Domestic and International travel required
