Question regarding Scenario Type

I have a question regarding Scenario Type

Our requirement are:

1. Transaction response time when  loading 25Vusers, 50 Vusers, 75
Vusers and 100 Vusers
2. Transaction /second when  loading 25Vusers, 50 Vusers, 75 Vusers
and 100 Vusers

Question:
1. Which Scenario Type is the best way to get this result?
2. Do I need use Percentage Mode? if I use manul Scenario?
3. If I choose manul scenario, it looks like I cannot ignore the think
time, the result will be differ.
4. If I use manul scenario, I cannot get exactly Transaction response
time at the time when loading 25 Vusers. all I get is average 25,50,
75 and 100 Vusers.
5. If I choose Goal-Oriented Scenario, which Goal type is the best,
Transactions per second?
6. If I choose Transactions per second as Goal type, Do I use min 25 to
25 Max Vuser to get result?

1.you can use the manul scenario get the all result in once run,and if you use the goal-oriented scenario you must create four scenario
2.as you wish
3.you can ignore the think time in manul scenario,open the runtime-setting and close the think time
4.in manul scenario ,you can set the global schedule every 25 user been duration 5 min ,so you can get the exactly transaction response time .
5.goal-oriented scenario use the vuser
