As a member of Oracle VM QA team, you will be responsible for validating and verifying Oracle VM functionality, customers bug verifiction,hardware compatibility, test tools maintanence and development. Oracle VM is server virtualization software that fully supports  both Oracle and non-Oracle applications. Oracle VM server virtualization is designed to enable rapid enterprise application  deployment and simplify lifecycle management.   
      
   
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:   
1. Review technical specification and provide comments, create Errata test plan according to new requirements   
2. Design the test cases, write and review test design specification for each errata release test. Develop the test programs to   
implement and automate test cases to ensure complete test coverage for all areas of product, ensure those areas are backported to   
Errata test.   
3. Review critical bugs customers or internal QA filed, disign and automate testcase to coverage the scenarios customers facing to make sure Errata regression test has a coverage for those issues with a meticulous attention to details.   
4. Execute testing cases, analyze bug, results and write detailed reports that accurately isolate the problem.   
5. Report defects through Oracle internal defect-tracking system, and help developers fix defects to improve product quality.   
6. Be able to communcate clearly and be able to interact with different functional groups: sustaining, development, product management etc.   
7. Field / Service Solutions verification   
8. The test tools/applications development for supporting various Oracle VM Errata test areas   
      
Required Skills   
1. Good knowledge of Virtualization technology.   
2. Experience with software testing, including writing, reviewing, executing and maintaining test plans and scripts   
3. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills   
4. Experience with Linux/kernel a must   
5. Good knowlege of SPARC OS   
6. Strong software development skills include   
      * Strong shell/Python programming skill   
      * Good Java programming knowledge   
      * Experience with Kernel debugging, core dump analysis   
7. Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
