Responsibility：
•        deep domain knowledge of Insurance business - Policy admin, underwriting, billing, etc
•        Exposure to Insurance products life or P&C
•        Lead Requirement capture, and analysis activities in the project.
•        Participate in developing estimates and project planning.
•        Participate in creation of test strategy, integration and system test case creation and reviews.
•        Create implementation plan to deploy the system.
•        Provide end-user perspective in functional and acceptance test development
•        Plan, schedule and manage preparation of designs or business requirements to provide solutions and solve problems
•        Excellent customer interaction skills
