load testing - testing an application under heavy loads, such as testing of a web site under a range of loads to determine at what point the system's response time degrades or fails.
performance testing - term often used interchangeably with 'stress' and 'load' testing. Ideally 'performance' testing (and any other 'type' of testing) is defined in requirements documentation or QA or Test Plans.

性能测试是指测试软件在集成系统中的运行性能
负载测试是指系统在一定负载下的性能指标（如并发用户访问数量，系统能承受规定的用户数）
