标题: TD 弹出“not enough grants to execue this action”，怎么办？
开发人员操作TD，想修改BUG的状态，可是一选中，就弹出“not enough grants to execue this action”，怎么办？权限那已添加那些状态。

管理员修改权限，再重启TD
