招聘-美国医疗软件项目高级QA工程师
职位：高级QA工程师，初级QA工程师
形式：正式员工（签正式劳动合同，非外派），实习生
内容：美国一家医疗软件公司系列产品的开发，测试；待遇优厚，主要在北京工作，也可能到美国工作培训一段时间
要求：正规本科毕业，2年以上工作经验，英语熟练，有化学/生物背景优先，个人能力好（沟通，协调，学习能力等）

以下是该职位的英文描述：
Develops, maintains and executes test cases

· Create Reports for the status of the products being tested.

· Participate in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the test environments

· Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality processes

· Review test cases and other documentation as needed

· Report software bugs as found

· Interact with development and other testing teams to clarify and resolve outstanding issues.

· Perform software black-box, glass box, ad-hoc, and regression testing.

· Identify places where automation may be useful and lead the automation effort

· Identify areas where process may be improved and lead the improvement effort.

Requirements

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in computer science.

· Minimum of 3 years as a QA Engineer with proven leadership capabilities

· Excellent communication abilities both written and oral.

· Excellent organization and computing skills

· Ability to work with multiple time dependent deadlines and projects.

· Extensive Knowledge of Windows including Windows XP and 2003 Server.

· Extensive Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products

· Extensive knowledge of database software (SQLServer /Oracle).

· Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS).

· Experience and extensive understanding of the software development process.

· Emphasis in developing, managing and executing test plans.

· Emphasis in defect tracking and resolution

· Ability to work independently in a dynamic team environment with little supervision

· Knowledge of Automation Software is a plus.

· Relevant software industry experience preferred.
