标题: QC9.2插件问题
QC9.2，安装完毕后，可以访问；

不过访问时候，报错：

Following Client components were not downloaded successfully:

1.MercResourceLogger.dll:
Failed to open file for writing

Close all connections to Server and try again

有谁碰到过这样的问题吗？
帮小弟看看吧。。先谢过啦。

还有个问题也帮忙看下：

1.OtaReport.dll;
This file has no signature

Close all connections to Server and try again

有没有高手帮小弟看看呀？

到底又出啥问题了呀？

关掉所有ie实例，再访问是不是就正常了？
如果还不能解决，独立安装下客户端（非IE中安装）试试。

我也遇到相似的问题，第一次访问QC，正常，但是如果再打开一个IE，访问QC，就报

也就是说，我的电脑上，只能打开一个QC，不能同时打开两个，郁闷，求解！

1. 下载qc自带的客户端连接插件qcclient.msi;
2.关闭所有ie进程，使用命令行方式安装qcclient.msi /qn
3 登录web，我使用没有什么问题。

这样的问题在9.2很容易出现

9.0好像就没那么多事

当然现在都出现ALM11了大家还是多研究研究新版本吧！
