注:是从一英文网上下载的,本人英语太差也不知三个有什么区别,已知第一个可以用
但QC10没新功能,又是英文的

打开后台网站时出现错误，如下：
Messages:
Failed to Get Admin Params;
Failed to get Site Admin parameters;
Failed to load admin properties from the database;
Failed initializing license service.;
Failed loading license file.;
Failed parsing XML document.;
Error on line 1: Content is not allowed in prolog.;

用UltraEdit打开License文件，发现文件头是乱码：锘??xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
用EditPlus保存后，问题解决。正确的格式：<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
