Basic requirements and skill level:
1; Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the gaming or related industry as a 3D artist
2; Must know how to design and create high quality 3D environments and characters using 3DS Max (Maya experience is a plus)
3; Must know how to animate characters by hand in 3DS Max
4; Must be comfortable creating high quality textures for real-time games using Photoshop
5; Must work well with other artists, game designers and programmers and take direction
6; Must have past experience dealing with proprietary tools
7; Must work quickly and efficiently within short development cycles and deadlines
8; Must have good work ethic and require little supervision
9; Must have a passion for games and interactive entertainment
1; Create a number of high poly and low poly characters based on conceptual and gameplay requirements
2; UV unwrap, multi-pass texture, skin and prepare character for animation and design
3; Work with Technical Artists and Art Leads to improve workflow and production pipeline
Preferred Skills
1; 4+ years experience in the games industry, with multiple titles shipped
2; Must have great people skills and able to work in a creative and positive manner with the rest of the team
3; Excellent understanding of human anatomy in both 2D form and 3D form
4; Exceptional skills in the areas of modeling, UV unwrapping and texture mapping
5; Experience with multi-pass real time shader effects
6; Proficiency with 3D software, preferably Maya, 3DS Max and Zbrush
7; Proficiency with 2D software, preferably Photoshop
8; Life drawing and/or sculpting skills
9; Arts degree a plus
