年底博“面”众公司：文思，海辉，博彦，银诺威，华为，尖峰，轩辕互动，用友，西门子，symphony,中星微电子

以上的公司皆是本人在07年底job-hopping时面试过的公司有需要帮忙的请留个话我尽力而为

总的来说，基本都有笔试然后就是至少两轮的面试，最惨的是一天来了四轮面试，这家伙把我整的不过还好，苦尽甘来
因为中星微电子是做中国自己的多媒体芯片我之前的工作也是做图像视频的测试
加之我是位热血的爱国青年所以推了用友提供的西门子外包（薪水比中星微高）就是希望能为国家做点贡献
大家冲着我这觉悟是不也该回个帖以兹鼓励呀~~~

对，lz帮忙说说博彦怎么样吧，是个外包公司，很多人对这家公司评论不太好，但是有工作经验的，去外包公司是否合适呢，现在在岔道口不知道该往哪个方向走呀

I spent a whole afternoon in ViMicro to performance in interview.
There is no written examination, only interview included.
First of all it should be a team leader, after self-introduction she just chat with me about my job experience, mainly about how to write Test Plan, test case and the testing procedure in ur former company .
Then the testing manager chated with me, we've chatted for a long time , about 1 hour...
again self introduction,then asked me many aspects, job experience/habit/character/spare time/family career layout and so on.
At last will be HR MM, you will be familiar with this, I think.

about written examination

according to ur apply position , generally is testing theory, write a test case , items in Test Plan, I'm not major in Computer and not familiar with program language, so that I also skip the question , LOL, who cares~~~
for interview, it's mainly about your former job experience, you should be familiar with that and you must express it clearly.

First of all , I should say both is strong in software outsource field.
But for me , I don't quite like that mode
1.I'm not skilled in program language
2.You should for your future to search ur job, not salary only.
3.You should have a plan for your future, what aim do you want to gain during two years, at least.
