（一）Testing Engineer
Overall Requirements:
1. Over 3 years related working experience.
2. Works well in a team environment and alone.
3. Has ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project.
4. Has ability to meet deadlines.
5. Have strong English communication skills, both in writing and orally.

Manual Testing Engineer
1. Tests software releases during the product development.
2. Writes or assists in the development of test plans and test procedures.
3. Assists in the automation of relevant test procedures.
4. Monitors and updates bug reports as needed including bug report closure.
5. Configures necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete assigned testing.

Automation Testing Engineer
1. Should possess knowledge on any one or more of the following tools.
1) QTP (Quick Test Pro) 2) Rational Robot and 3) Silk Test.
2. Should review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.
3. Should be part of a team focusing on automation of an identified set of migration tests, checking they run correctly and working within the infrastructure.

Performance Testing Engineer
1. Load test scripts and execute performance tests.
2. Analyze the tests results and compile them into a final report with findings and recommendations.
3. Review product requirements, functional and design specifications to determine and prepare automated test cases.

（二）Japanese Testing Engineer
1. Tester with managing Localized Japanese testing projects.
2. Proficient in Japanese with JLPT Lefvel 1 or Level 2; The Candidate should also be able to converse at an average levele in English.
3.Good Knowledge in functional testing and database.
4.Knowledge on testing process and life cycle must.

Resident Engineer

* Responsibility
- Technical interface to customers in China for TV-Systems;
- Studying the resident engineer business in Germany for a 1/2 year;
- Supporting the customer in the manufacturing line near Beijing for round about 1 year;
- Supporting field testdrive;
- Valuation and examination of defect messages;
- Participating in project meetings with customers and internally;
- Cooperation in HCC project teams.

* Requirements
- BSEE+
- Experienced with analogue TV and DTMB-Standard or TV-Applications;
- Experiences in automotive business will be a plus;
- Readiness for international traveling;
- High ability in communication and self-employed working;
- Good English Communication skill; German is a plus;
- Capable of working in international teams;
- Driver license and driving experience is required;
- Team work spirit, Self motivation, fast-learning skill & innovative.

P.S.>
The candidate must has his stable standing all the time, because most of his working time will be among the colleagues of customers.
And he will do the test job to find out the problem in the product line.
The more important is when the problem happens, he must deal with it diplomaticly.
He has to have the working experience.

此职位会送到德国培训半年，故要求英语流利，2年左右DTMB/DVB-T/ATSC/ISDB工作经验，
若现无驾照，公司愿意出资为员工培训。
