EVDO protocol test expert

主要职责:
1.执行EVDO产品国内外的Field trial/IOT测试(主要是中国、北美)
2.执行终端的CGD/CCF认证测试
3.对Field trial/IOT/CCF认证测试过程中发现的问题进行定位并协助开发工程师共同解决
4.根据工作需要进行与通信芯片厂家间的技术合作与问题推进
5.负责部门内通信协议知识的培训

职位要求:
1.  本科学历4年以上工作经验,研究生学历3年以上工作经验
2.  对3GPP2/CDMA/EVDO协议有深入的了解
3.  熟悉QXDM等log工具,能够快速准确的从Log中定位分析出问题的root cause
4.  有EVDO产品的现场或协议测试经验，有EVDO产品北美大型运营商入网测试经验尤佳
5.  有艾法斯或者思博伦协议测试系统的使用经验
6.  较好的英文口语和书写技能,可以适应中短期出差(美国)

Main Responsibilities
1.        Perform global Field trial/IOT test for EVDO product
2.        Perform pre-certification test of CGD/CCF
3.        Support the development engineers to solve the problems occurred during the Field trial/IOT/CCF certification test phase
4.  Cooperate with the platform R&D companies to solve some issues if work need
4.        Responsible for protocol knowledge training

Qualification requirements
1.        Bachelor degree with more than 4 years' experience or Master degree with more than 3 years' experience.
2.        Know very well about 3GPP2/EVDO protocol.
3.        Know very well about QXDM logging tools; able to analyze the root cause of the problems quickly and accurately.
4.        Field/protocol test experience on EVDO products, have Lab entry testing experience for Virizon or sprint in USA will be plus
5.        Plenty of experience of using Aeroflex 6402 or Spirent C2K protocol test system.
6.        Good spoken and written English skill and willing to travel out
