mantis配置问题

mantis配置后，访问时弹出如下页面，不知道什么原因，请高手指教！！！

这个问题搞定了，在php.ini里面改一下cgi.force_redirect = 0，去掉注释就可以了
不过又出新问题了，现在提示
APPLICATION ERROR #400
ERROR: Database connection failed.
