责任描述：1.组织小组完成各阶段的任务以及协调成员间的交流；
2.完成统计报表、系统管理模块的需求分析及用例设计；
3.负责商品管理模块的用例执行。
项目描述：  Turboshop是一套使用Java语言开发的基于企业级J2EE 架构的商城系统。后台主要有：商品管理，后台登陆，订单管理，货架管理，支付配送，统计报表，客户服务，系统管理，会员管理，统计分析等模块。前台主要有浏览商品，购物车，订单，结账等。
心得体会：根据以前的项目经验我们这次很好的把握了测试流程，可是我们太注重流程却忽略了TurboShop这个系统本身的特点。对于电子商务网站我们测试的重点应该是测试业务逻辑及处理上的缺陷。所以经验是好事，但是不能局限于经验而忽视了系统本身的特点。测试之前一定要熟悉系统的业务及特点，这样测试才更有价值.同时团队合作很重要。

责任描述：  1.组织整个测试流程，带领小组一起完成个阶段的任务同时要组织和协调小组间的交流和沟通。
2.组织评审会议，协调需求评审，用例评审，缺陷评审的流程及各成员的职责并组织对测试过程中相关问题的讨论会。
3.完成针对市场管理三个小模块：Accounts、Contacts、Leads之间关系的用例设计；
4.执行Accounts模块的用例并将缺陷提交到QC。
项目描述：  SugarCRM系统是由美国SugarCRM公司研发的一个B/S架构的开源的客户关系管理平台，主要包括市场管理，销售管理，服务管理，协作管理和报表统计分析等功能，以客户为中心，对客户的资料进行深入的剖析，从而为用户提供不同的产品和服务，提高客户满意度，从而提高企业的销售业绩。
心得体会：流程是为了规范测试活动从而提高测试质量和效率，可是如果教条的遵守流程则会使测试的价值打折，所以要根据具体项目灵活利用流程或进行适当的定制，对于系统最合适的才是最好的。

测试管理：1. 熟练掌握需求管理、用例管理、配置管理、缺陷管理的基本流程。
          2. 熟练掌握测试计划、方案、用例、日报、记录、测试报告、缺陷报告单的设计及编写。
测试方法：熟练使用白盒、黑盒用例设计方法,如边界值，等价类等。
测试流程：1. 熟悉测试与开发的模型（双V，H，瀑布，螺旋等模型）。
         2. 熟悉ST测试流程（预测试、缺陷跟踪、测试执行管理）。

Project Description:  Turboshop is an online market system based on the structure of B/S .It provides the service to enable the customer to buy what they want throngh the Internet .And you can scan the commodity ,make a order or even pay for them online .For this the system should includes modules like Commodity Management,Order Management,System                           Management ,Reports Statistic and Severice Support and so on .
Responsibilities：
1.Organized the team to perform testing activities at very stage and coordinated the commication between members.
2.Undertook requirement analysis and test case design for the modules Report Statics and System Management.
3.Run the test cases of the module Commodity Management.
Personal Summary：For we have experienced a simular project so we could easily organize the testing process.But in the same time the experience also lead us to a dangerous that we ingore the real project have it’s own particularity different from the last one.So we should have given our focus on the business logic and the process of the business.Then it gave me a lesson that experience have two sides and you would not achieve a good
enough testing if you ignore the certain project’s particularity and business. Addtionally,we should have the sense of  teamwork which is very important.

Project Description: SugarCRM is an open source Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.It  include modules : My Portal, Calendar Activities Contacts Accounts,Leads,Opportunities Cases and so on .And It aslo  provides integrated management of corporate information on customer accounts and contacts, sales leads and opportunities.
Responsibilities：
1.Organized the team to perform testing activities at very stage and coordinated the commication between members.
2.Pay attention to the whole process’s completion and organize the reviews if needed like Requirement Review,Test Case Review and Defects Review and other conference in order to solve certain problems.
3.Designed the test case for relation among modules Accounts,Contacts and Leads.
4.Run the test cases of Accounts and then submit the defects .
Personal Summary：The best testing process must be the most proper one.So we should customize the process for our testing other than comply the standard process strictly.
