启动purify报找不到templates.ini

网上的解决办法是C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Temp\RSLICTEMP 中拷贝templates.ini到安装目录里面的comm目录下

但我在电脑中的temp目录下没有RSLICTEMP目录，搜索了整个电脑也没有templates.ini这个文件，不知道这个问题该怎么解决；

大侠们帮忙看看啊
