xpath字符串匹配报错，求解，多谢

以按钮文本查找按钮时，报错如下，不知道问题出在哪，麻烦帮看看，谢谢。
com.thoughtworks.selenium.SeleniumException: ERROR: Command execution failure. Please search the user group at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/selenium-users for error details from the log window. The error message is: 对象不支持“createNSResolver”属性或方法

测试框架为selenium+testng, 报错的代码：
selenium.focus("xpath=//button[contains(text(),'SLA管理')]");

按钮页面如下：

不是写了吗，focus方法不能用在这个元素上呗
