JD#1: Application Testing Service Manager

Location: Chongqing
Reporting Line: DU Director
Responsibility:
- build team and deliver application testing service to customer globally
- build and maintain testing factory infrastructure at Chongqing Site
- manage service level agreement with client and testing factory process
- manage department budget and expense
- act as site coordinator and hosting manager for all teams in Chongqing on behalf of DU

Qualification:
- experience of software engineering / system integration -- 8-10 years
- experience of project management, PMP preferred
- experience of people/department management -- 3-5 years
- experience in quality assurance and testing
- fluent in English spoken and written
- experiences in consulting firm, local tier-1 SIs, or R&D centers



JD#2: Application Testing Service Manager

Location: Beijing
Reporting Line: DU Director
Responsibility:
- build team and deliver quality assurance/testing services to customer in China
- develop quality assurance/testing solution for China market
- provide presale supports on request from other depart.
- manage delivery scope, customer satisfaction and budget
- act as site coordinator and hosting manager for all teams in Beijing on behalf of DU

Qualification:
- experience of software engineering / system integration -- 8-10 years
- experience of project management, PMP preferred
- experience of people/department management -- 3-5 years
- experience in quality assurance and testing
- experience in consulting firm, offshore development center and/or local tier-1 SIs
- experience in handling local customers


JD#3: Application Testing Service Manager

Location: Shanghai
Reporting Line: DU Director
Responsibility:
- build teams and deliver application testing service to customer globally
- lead delivery process and leverage testing factory resources in Chongqing
- lead solution development and people capability development
- provide presales support to clients globally (remote via phone)
- act as virtual team leader to lead all application testing solution team in DU
(other teams in Beijing/Chongqing)
- act as a key member representing GDCC on application testing services in globally

Qualification:
- experience of software engineering / system integration -- 8-10 years
- experience of project management, PMP preferred
- experience of people/department management -- 5-7 years
- experience in quality assurance and testing
- experience in consulting firm and/or oversea assignments
- experience in handling large global customers
- master in English, spoken and written
- oversea study/work experience much appreciated
