Responsibilities:
²
Responsible for test planning and execution of testing projects
²
Responsible for planning and execution of extensive database testing projects
²
Responsible for analyzing requirements, identify test cases viable for Automation, develop and execute automation scripts, report the results.
²
Responsible for people Management – staffing, performance management, and development / coaching of team members
²
Responsible for overall motivation and morale of the group
²
Responsible for customer Satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and Process management
²
Provides direction for a testing team in all the project phases.

Qualifications
²
Practical knowledge of technology, products and domain areas.
²
Project Management and estimation skills.
²
People Management skills.
²
Good Understanding of Testing Process Life Cycle
²
Good understanding of quality and Process frameworks, risk analysis and mitigation skills
²
Team Leadership of 20+ team members.
²
Good English communications skills
²
At least 8 years working experience in related field and 3 years in team management
²
Strong Knowledge on Database concepts
²
External Certification like CSTE,CSQA – Desirable
²
Exposure to SEI CMM Level Process - Desirable
