职位一：高级测试工程师
3年以上工作经验；
大学本科以上学历，计算机及相关专业；
高度的责任心和工作热情，工作严谨、认真、塌实、积极主动；
英语四级以上，良好的英语读写能力（读英文技术文档，用英文流利书写）；
具备一定软件工程、测试理论基础、良好的网络基础知识；良好的计算机操作和管理能力（包括计算机硬件和操作系统的基本安装配置，熟练掌握Windows 全面产品：包括OS, Application Software和OS 系统管理,常用服务的安装配置和管理,熟悉CA, TS, AD/DC, IIS, Windows 组和安全策略,  域控制器等.）



职位二：中高级性能测试工程师
1．   Jr tester
(1) 1+ years working experience and at least 1 full year software functional test and system test
(2) Well understand general principle of software testing
(3) Experience on Linux, platforms application testing
(4) Programming experience in Java,shell script, and script language (Perl/Python/Ruby)
(5) Familiar with web services programming, like RESTful


2．  Sr tester
(1) 3+ years working experience and at least 1 full year software functional test and system test
(2) Well understand general principle of software testing, know how to do trouble shooting as well as submit qualify issue report
(3) Experience on Linux, platforms application testing
(4)Programming experience in Java, C/C++, shell script, and script language (Perl/Python/Ruby)
(5)Familiar with web services programming, like RESTful
(6) Programming experience in C/C++ (a plus)

The JD of this position (T2) is below:

1) Requirements
-- 3 more years software QA working experience
-- Good knowledge of software testing
-- Good English communication skills
-- Team work spirit and problem solving skills
-- Ability to work under pressure
-- Large system testing experience is a plus
-- Team leading experience is a plus
-- Automation testing experience is a plus

2) Responsibilities
-- Design and execute testing according to the project process
-- Develop automation cases and execute automation testing if need
-- Work with PM and developers closely to ensure the product quality
-- Communication with customer directly if need
