We are seeking candidates who not only have solid testing skills but also a flair for tailoring testing effort and techniques to maximum effect.
•        Completes the objectives of each assignment (typically project tasks).
•        Responsible for providing for the planning, casing, scripting, and execution of all testing required of a project.
•        Reviewing, analyzing business and technical requirements, with their testability and test approaches.
•        Developing and maintaining test plans, test environment, test cases, test scripts and/or workflow usage, with limited assistance.
•        Generating test data and analyzing the performance bottleneck
•        Conducting testing using company-specific, manual or automated processes.
•        Executing test scripts/cases and communicating the results of testing.
•        Generate the test report and analyze the defects post test.
•        Diagnosing and resolving technical and operational problems on installed networks, systems or products.
•        Recommending improvements to the testing processes to create efficiencies.
•        Sharing the domain knowledge within team.
Qualifications
Education:   
•        Bachelor or Master (prefered) in CS /EE major   
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:   
•        Technical and/or Functional skills
•        Strong skill with the test design techniques, test planning, defect reporting and tracking.
•        Proven experience on testing or development with windows platform
•        Solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing activities within the whole lifecycle
Other skills and abilities:
•        A proactive team player with the ability to work in dynamic environments
•        Work independently, takes ownership of problems within own area of knowledge and accountable for the quality of own work
•        Ability to work under tight deadlines with high stress tolerance
•        Willing to work late for teleconference with overseas developers occasionally, to provide technical support over telephone to assist first and second level support, round the clock
•        Passionate about new knowledge
•        Have good interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels and comfortable in cross-cultural environment
•        Highly motivated in problem solving
•        Good spoken and written English
