QC10安装成功，却打不开管理页面(解决)

这应该是启动成功了吧。

然后我打开E:\test\QualityCenter\shortcuts\Quality_Center.url这个页面：


为什么无论我点QUALITY CENTER还是site administrator都只是弹出一个loading的页面，却没有任何反应呢，如下图，我足足等了10多分钟，就停在这个页面根本没反应：


有没有什么人遇到过这种情况，谢谢

这个界面要下载3个控件，可能是你的IE安全级别太高了吧，把插件阻止掉了
