Excellent Communication skills
Programming experience preferred (Java, J2EE)
Rational Test Tools (Test Manager, Functional Tester, CVS,ClearQuest, etc) preferred
Experience in test methodology prefered
Test automation experience is preferred
Experience in WAS, DB2 and Tivoli is preferred
Operating Systems:  AIX and/or Linux and Windows




Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering
- Good communication skill
- Good written/spoken English
- Quick learner
- Self-motivated to solve problems
- Good team player and high responsibility
