项目简介：Counter V1.0是一个C源文件代码行统计工具，该工具可以根据用户的选择分别统计源文件中的总代码行数、空行数、注释行数和非空非注释行数。
工作内容： 1 对Counter软件的需求规格说明书、概要设计、详细设计文档进行评审
           2  编写系统测试计划，单元测试方案
           3  设计系统测试、集成测试、单元测试用例
           4  利用TCL搭建了集成测试环境，利用CppUnit搭建了单元测试环境
           5  执行系统测试、集成测试、单元测试
           6  完成测试记录、测试日报、缺陷报告、测试报告的写作

Project Profile：Counter V1.0 is a C source code of statistical tools .The tool can choose
according to the statistics were the  source code of the code  line, the
empty line ,the notes line and the total number of code line.  
Content：1.Review the software requirements specification ,high leveldesign and low level design.
       2 . write the test plan and the test scheme
           3 . Design the cases of system testing, integration testing and unit test
  4 . To create integrated test environment by TCL, to create unit test environment by CppUnit
           5 . execute the  system testing, the integration testing,and the unit testing
           6.Complete test records, test Journal, defect reports, the writing test reports
