loadRunner 11启动web service报错password missing

安装loadRunner 11后，启动web service,报错如下
Xitami could not find its password file"Xitami.aut",you must reinstall Xitami,create this file ,or reconfigure Xitami(in default.cfg).Xitami  will now halt.
事实上，xitami.aut文件是存在的，具体内容如下：
#   This section defines the password for the browser-based administration
#   screens.  When you install Xitami, the initial password is '-', meaning
#   'no access'.  We don't like default passwords.  You should change both
#   the user name and password to something safe.
#

#       webmask       include/exclude specific IP addresses

我手动添加password的值到xitami.aut文件中无效。
重装xitami.exe后，启动web service服务，还是报错。
