标题: 遇到一个certificate error并且无法加载页面
一个客户发邮件给我，他说用火狐不能登陆我们的网站。

他一直遇到一个certificate error并且无法加载页面。如果用IE的话就没有问题。

他说：　即使通过了火狐的豁免选项也不能导入证书。　

客户的原文是这样的：

I have been getting a certificate error and have not been able to load the website. I do not get this problem with Internet Explorer. I am unable to “get” the certificate when I go through the exemptions options for Firefox.
（这是客户提供的所有信息）

请问各位对此问题有什么看法？any ideas?

火狐很多插件不支持的，兼容性测试的时候应该对各种游览器测试下。
