岗位2：
1. Has QA background as well as technique and developer background (such as setup test environment, configure application, write code)
2. Able to read function specification to come up with test cases and write test scripts or programs
3. Able to handle performance testing especially for real time application (request/response within ms range)
4. they need to write some code to help the testing such as reply data, compare result, simulate use case for performance (especially on response time) and so on.
Working Routine:
1. Main development work will be done in Bedford IDC engineers, and pass the functional spec and code to QA peoples in China every night
2. QA people apply these changes (by incremental, or fresh build) to test environment (this environment may hosted in China local or in IDC lab, TBD)
3. QA people execute the test cases, if any bug found, response by end of day together back to Bedford engineer
4. Next day, repeat the routine of 1-2-3 above, until no bug found and release to production
