公司测试部的主要工作是为patchlink公司做windows、linux、unix系统的补丁测试，我主要负责linux系统以及unix(solaris)系统的测试。我在从来没有接触过linux操作系统的情况下，靠自学文档，在一周左右的时间就掌握了linux系统的基本操作命令，并能开始测试工作。不到一个月就能独立完成测试任务并填写测试报告及缺陷报告。在工作过程中我对linux系统的操作已经相当熟悉了，能够独立安装、搭建测试环境，完成测试工作以及填写测试报告。同时对unix系统工作中也有涉及，熟悉solaris，了解HP、AIX操作系统。同时，我也可以通过debug以及log文件定位一些错误。我也会与同事一起讨论一下提高测试工作效率的方法，这也让我感到了团队合作的重要性。

职业技能：
1、了解SRS、HLD、LLD文档的评审流程和要点。
2、能独立完成测试计划。可根据不同被测对象和情况选择策略以及采用不同用例设计方法来设计测试用例、满足测试覆盖率。
3、能独立完成测试所需的驱动和桩、测试代码以及自动化测试脚本的开发
4、掌握缺陷报告、测试记录、测试日报、测试报告等文档的填写。
5、掌握不同规模团队的配置管理流程、能用RTM对需求进行跟踪、能根据实际情况设计缺陷跟踪流图

其它技能：
1、 Linux：熟悉各种常用命令，能搭建WEB测试环境等。
2、 SQL：熟悉各种常用SQL语句，能编写数据库事务和存储过程，掌握数据库设计范式，能根据范式改进数据库设计上的问题。
3、 CVS、TD：能熟练进行前台操作，对后台管理操作也较为熟悉。
4、 QTP：掌握脚本的开发，能进行自动化测试。

My major work in company is do installation testing and functional testing for patch of Windows, Linux and Unix . I never contacted Linux operating system , rely on self-study for documents, about one week I have grasped the basic orders of Linux operating system , and begin to do test work. Less than a month will be able to complete test works independent and complete test reports and defect reports. During the work I was more and more familiar about the Linux operating system. I can install the operating system, built test environment , complete the test work , complete test reports skillfully. At the same time I also work on Unix system , familiar with the Solaris, understanding HP, AIX operating system. I can read debug and log file to position some mistakes. I will also discuss with my colleagues for the method of improve the efficiency of the test. which let me feel the importance of teamwork.
