Position Requirement:
1．We are seeking strong Software Design Engineer in Test with a thorough understanding of testing methodologies that possesses strong coding skills (C#, C++).
2．Primary responsibilities include designing and implementing test cases, participate in the design and implementation of automation, automating test cases, performing code reviews, identifying and owning bugs.
Skill Required:
1．Qualifications include a minimum of 3 years testing and coding experience.
2．Good communication and organizational skills are required. Being able to communicate effectively is key.
3．Being able to ask great questions and provide great answers will help overcome these challenges.
4．Proficiency in C# and .NET coding is a must.
5. The candidate should have test proficiency, good coding skills, ability to respond to customer support questions, drive for results.
6. Testing skills and instincts.
7. Self driven, results oriented, accountable.
8．SQL: Not required, but is nice to have. We do a little SQL but not a lot.
9. BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar discipline is preferred.

• Position Description:
You will have the chance to work with the world's leading manufacturer of sophisticated mobile phones and join a team of talented engineers. You will work with software design engineers to test and verify the software platforms and software components for the state-of-art mobile terminal products. This position will enable you to understand the software architecture of mobile terminal products and to develop your software engineering skills.
• Responsibilities:
- Define software test plans according to project requirements
- Design, develop and maintain the software test harness/tool for code level testing, automation test tool and scripts for testing.
- Design software test specifications, develop and execute the test cases
- Generate reports and communicate the findings with the design teams
- Follow software testing process and solve engineering problems
- Contribute to improve the software process, tool and quality
• Competencies and Skills:
- 2-4 years SW development/testing experience with good understanding of software testing methods and tools.
- Work carried out according to specific instruction and set procedures.
- Gathers relevant information to support problem solving and decision-making.
• Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or related majors.
- Experience of C/C++, Java and objective-oriented software development/testing.
- Knowledge of XML, mobile communications and embedded operating system
- Familiar with MS Office.
- Interested in develop yourself into software testing profession
- Profient in English language, good documentation skill.
