Responsibilities include recruit and manage full time SDE/T. Define test strategy, identify required test tools and harnesses, oversee test execution and test tools development, and guide, mentor and grow people in your team.
Implement agile development process within the entire engineering team.
Strong cross team management and communication skill is essential.
Internally you will interact closely with the development team and program managers. Externally you will work closely with our customer and product design teams. Interactions includes improve the daily communication process, status, and address issues such as daily build drop, bug tracking and triaging.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in test design and implementation and (Test Lead need) minimum 1 years of project management experiences and people management experiences with full release cycles of major software products;
Full understanding of the software development cycle and test roles, including agile development process;
Demonstrated track record of leading a highly talented test team;work well with Development and PM;
Strong test design and coding skills, project management skills, and excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills;
"Lead by example" attitude and passion about shipping high quality products.
