主要职能:Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects that are likely to high in complexity and involve various third party organizations.
专业技能或资格 :
*Effectively setup communication channels with stakeholders of various technical / cultural background-
*Customer oriented, is able to provide decisions in client perspective to achieve the project succeed.-
*Effectively prioritize key customer requirements for related features and releases-
*Well understand various project developing platforms and their implementation process-
*Functional specification writing skill-
*Create schedule that accurately reflects delivery of the feature or project, specifying tracking milestones-
*Predict and removed obstacles for the project team-
*Ability to drive or influent all stakeholders to make efforts in meeting project milestones-
*Strong information acquisition and investigation skills-
*Negotiation and interpersonal skills - managing client expectations as well as the project team’s internal relationship tactically
要求：
希望该职位的resource在是软件行业有过2年以上PM工作经验的，最好有海外留学工作背景的。
技术要求：
1、可在技术与文化的前提下，建立与客户有效的沟通机制
2、以客户为中心，能提供个人建议确保项目成功交付
3、有效确认项目特性与项目发布时的关键用户需求
4、很好地理解多种开发平台及每个平台的进程
5、具备描述各功能模块的技巧
6、制定切实可行的项目计划，并按计划跟踪管理
7、对项目中的风险有预测和分析能力
8、在项目管理中能够控制项目评估
9、有强大的信息获得与调查技能
10、有一定的客户与内部沟通技巧
