页面有中javascript，录制脚本用URL录的，其中：1366732203672 为系统当前时间到1970年的毫秒数，
请问 如何获取这个毫秒时间差（1366732203672）？

1. 我查了一下C语言的时间函数time()、mktime()等都是精确到秒，不知还有没有C的相关时间函数?

2. 另一种方法，能否在脚本里调用 Javascript 的时间函数，var = new Date().getTime()，使用返回的值？
