A) Overall control to processes as individual process owner.
A) Continuous improvement to process capacity.
A) Develop new process introduction to production
B) Preparation for process document, validation report
3) production testing management
A) Collect and analyze production testing data and feedback
A) Perform fast response to arisen problem
B) Perform effective communication and cooperation with suppliers, PM, Sales, Sourcing, Production, R&D and quality
Professional Competences
Familiar with low level current measurement
Practice and experience in Foundry, Wafer manufacturing
Practice and experience in semiconductor products testing and analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, major in Microelectronics or electronics Technique
2 or more years semiconductor wafer testing or related experience
Plenty of PM experience to probe station and related accessories
Supporting Competences
Ability to use analysis tools, like Minitab
Ability to use quality tools, like SPC,GR&R
Fluent English communication skill
