任职资格:

Java/J2EE and Eclipse programming skill;
at least master one of Unix system such as AIX, Solaris or Linux (Redhat, SUSE)

Qualifications:
master DBMS technology such as DB2, oracle is a plus;
familer with testing process, automation testing skill is a plus;
Good at problem determination and good teamwork

工作职责:
做websphere 功能,性能测试
