第一部分：面试英语自我介绍讲座：面试的基本知识

“如何作自我介招？”这个问题看上去似乎很简单，人人都会。其实并不然，也有说的不是很理想的。主要的现象有几下几点：

1、不知从何说起。有很多同学当听到老师问：“Can you make a self-introduction?”时，首先迟疑几秒，然后怔怔的看着：“老师说什么呀？”这一类算是“无准备型”。自我介绍是你与人打交道，参加各类口语考试，职场面试不可或缺的一部分，同时也是非常重要的一部分。作为口语测试，测试的老师其实重点考查的是你运用语言的能力，而不是对你的背景的了解。所以想把口语学好的同学不妨大胆的秀一下。

2、缺乏逻辑性。还有一些同学在作自我介绍时，要么只说两句话名字，年龄；要么夸夸其谈但缺乏逻辑性。别看简简单单的一个自我介绍有时也能反映出一个人的逻辑思维和做事态度。

3、缺乏幽默感。幽默的开场除了可以营造出活泼和睦的气氛外，还能给对方留下深刻的第一印象，即使对象是以建立了朋友关系或同事关系的外国人，在酒会或聚餐等各式场合，同样可以用诙谐的方式来表现自我，使你和他们之间的关系达到更圆满的程度。

初学英语的各位人士，可以学着用一下；对于自认为用英语作自我介绍已经易如反掌的英语高手，不妨在平时也试试使自我介绍增添一些新意:)

1、以星座为话题作自我介绍
I’m an Aries. Arians are supposed to be courageous leaders but troublesome followers. Half true. I’m definitely a troublesome. follower. (我是牧羊座的。牧羊座的人据说是很有胆识的领导人物，但同时也是很会惹麻烦的部属。说对了一半，我的确是个麻烦的部属。)

I’m a Leo. Some good Leo traits are: broad-minded, loving, faithful. Bad traits are: bossy, patronizing. I’m a typical Leo. I’m faithful but patronizing. 6park.com
(我属狮子座。狮子座的优点是心胸宽阔、有爱心，以及忠诚；缺点则是专横、自以为是。我就是典型的狮子座，忠诚却又自负。)

2、I’m a person of principle. I do NOT compromise. Because I don’t smoke , I do NOT wear a T-shirt with a Marlboro logo, even if somebody gives one to me free.
我是个有原则的人，绝对不会妥协。因为我不抽烟，所以我也不会穿印有万宝路字样的T恤，即使有人免费送给我。
I’m a great salesman. I could sell a knockoff Windows 2000 to Bill Gates.
我是一个很棒的推销员，我能把盗版的Windows 2000卖给比尔*盖茨。

3、I love shopping! My mom(friends) says, I should become a legislator ‘cause I bring so many bills into the house.
我酷爱买东西！所以我妈（朋友）说我应该当国会议员的。因为，我把那么多的bill(账单/请愿书/法案)带进了the house(家里/议院)。

以上一些简单自我介绍只是个参考，希望想学英语的同学或是想把英语说得更漂亮的人士能够举一反三做出更具魅力符合自己个性的自我介绍。

英语面试常用句型

上午好/下午好/晚上好！我的名字叫……。今天有机会进行自我介绍深感荣幸。我乐意回答你们所提出来的任何问题。我希望我今天能表现的非常出色。

2、I am 瓂ears old, born in province/Beijing, northeast/southeast/southwest…… of china, and I am currently a freshman（大一新生）/sophomore（大二学生）/junior（大三学生）/senior（大四学生） student at Capital Institute of Physical Education.

我今年……岁，出生在……省/北京，它位于中国的东北/东南/西南……等部。我目前是首都体育学院大一/大二/大三/大四的学生。

3、 My major is sports training of basketball/voellyball/football/badminton/pingbang/tennis/

我主修篮球/排球/足球/羽毛球/乒乓球/网球/田径/游泳/跆拳道等运动训练专业。在我毕业以后，我将会获得学士学位。

4、In the past 1/2/3 years, I spend most of my time on study. I have passed CET3/4/6 and I have acquired basic knowledge of sports training both in theory and in practice.

在过去的1/2/3年中，我把大量的时间用在学习上。我已经通过了大学英语2/3/4/6级。而且，我已经从理论和实践二方面对运动训练专业的基础知识有了一个大致的了解。

5、Besides, I have attended several sports meetings held in Beijing. I am also the volunteers of China Tennis Open, Chinese Badminton Masters…… . Through these I have a deeply understanding of my major—sports training.

除此以外，我还参加了在北京举行的许多运动会。我还是中国网球公开赛，羽毛球大师赛……的志愿者。通过这些，我对运动训练专业有了一个更深刻的了解。

6、I have lots of interest, such as singing, dancing, drawing and so on.

我有很多兴趣爱好，如唱歌、跳舞、画画等。

第二部分：面试英语自我介绍范文

Good morning !

It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview,

I hope i can make a good performance today. I'm confident that I can succeed.

Now i will introduce myself briefly

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province .

I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2003.

I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July 2003, I begin work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because I'm capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.

And in August 2004,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think I'm a good team player and I'm a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

　　面试英语自我介绍的常用句型：
1. I got a degree in Literature and took a course in typing. 我获得了文学学士学位，还学过打字。

3. I think I’m quite fit for assistant’s job. 我觉得我很适合做助理的工作。

比如：
1) It is really my honor to have this opportunity for a interview
应该是an interview，类似的错误出现了好几处。如果是说话时犯这样的错误没有问题，但是书写的时候要尽量避免。

2) In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools.
这一句比较体现中国式的英语习惯，特别是China's这样的说法。下面这样岂不更好：
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology, which is widely considered one of the best engineering schools in China.

3) This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.
很显然This是从中文的"这"翻译过去的，这个句子用It更加合理。
It was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

总之，借鉴的时候要擦亮眼睛，不要只顾copy了。

但口语方面要的是就通俗易懂，老外用发音不准的中文和你说话的时候，你不会太在意他的发音或语法，而是想怎么去理解他们的意思，我们用英语说不标准的英文的时候他们也不会在意你的发音和语法的！一个道理。

给大家的就是一种方法一种思路，具体还需要大家把自己的东西加到里面，那样才能达到效果嘿嘿

Honestly, I do not feel the sample of self introduction is very professional.
As a work interview, people will not talk themselves too much out of the jobs, especially for those personal information, like age, marriage, and not related hobbies. The employer is looking for an experienced employee. As the candidates, people should be strongly showing out: they are fitting the job requirements, they are professional, they do have the working experience, and they are confidence. Do not let the interviewer feels like the candidate was just graduated from the school. A good introduction should only focus on the strength, experience, and the information that interviewer want to hear.
