FSI (Financial Service & Insurance) unit is the largest Unit, we have business in Japan Market which we need to manage and develop. We are recruiting talents who are capable of managing our Japan clients and developing our Japan FSI business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To take the bottom line responsibility of a logical groups of projects that forms a well-defined portfolio; work towards defining delivery strategy and goals for all the projects; monitor, review and provide risk management for all projects in the portfolio; create proposals for all new opportunities with the portfolio; supervise and manage all ODC operations with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offering to customers within the guidelines, policies, and norms of Technologies.
2. Being recognized as an expert on one or more application vendors/products
3. Ability to present the solutions, products to client and collect client’s requirements and feedback.
4. Assisting clients in setting up the end to end Test management Office
5. Assist clients in defining key capabilities/requirements that will enable their strategy
6. Providing estimating, forecasting and work
planning assistance
7. Guide and mentor teams on technology, conduct proof of concepts
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Japanese passport holder working in China or a Chinese national with Japanese Visa.
2. Excellent communication (written and oral) in Japanese and English
3. Engineer/MBA with min 12 years of IT experience or 4 years as a project manager with Majority in Financial Services Industry and should at least managed at least one large program successfully and have shown ability to work under conflicting priorities.
4. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
5. Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
6. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
