01：Project Quality Assurance Engineer [急招]
职位描述Responsibilities:
1. Serve project in the interpretation and execution of organization-defined processes
2. Audit project and organization quality system to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and defined processes, detect deficiencies and initiate corrective and preventive actions on a timely basis

3. Identify organization improvement opportunities through organization metrics collection and analysis, and facilitate improvement realization
4. Conduct quality assurance relative training
5. As regular staff under SMO, facilitate and coordinate organization BSC.

职位要求

Requirements:
1. B.S Degree in Software Engineering/ Computer Science/Biomedical Engineering or IT related major
2. Quality Assurance body of knowledge and basic quality tools application skill
3. 5+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, medical device or IT domain is preferred
4. Relative design and test experience in above domain is preferred
5. CMMI experience is plus
6. Six SIGMA experience is plus

02.Mobile Device Application (UI) Designer [急招]

职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Software design – using best practices, the Mobile Device Application Designers’ main task is to create a design which is appropriate for mobile devices. The Mobile Device Application Designer will be expected to produce a number of artefacts (such as wireframes and requirements documents) which can be used to communicate the design to the software team
2. Interaction Design - design and develop software solutions that meet the need of the user and business, in a compelling and intuitive way. Because of the remote nature of this posting, the Mobile Device Application Designer will need to work with our usability teams in the UK and the USA to understand the needs of the user.
3. Story development – working with the Product Owner, who will be responsible for the Product Backlog and high-level story outlines, the Interaction design should use their knowledge and research to refine the Stories so that they accurately reflect the needs of the user and the scenarios they find themselves in
4. Liaise with customer base to gather information and requirements – Ultimately the customer is the target of our efforts. NextGen development must solve their problems and meet their requirements. The Mobile Device Application Designer will be responsible for understanding their needs and articulating them to the development team

职位要求

1. Two years experience working as an Mobile Device Application Designer or User Experience Professional, designing and developing mobile solutions
2. Two years experience working as Web Designer, familiar with HTML/CSS and scripting principles for web browser compatibility
3. Two years experience working as Visual Designer, good sense of visual design for user interface in business or healthcare environment
4. Two years experience interacting with users, understanding their needs and translating into product designs
5. Two year experience working in a Software Development environment using one of the AGILE SDLC methodologies
6. A digital portfolio that demonstrates the candidate’s ability to design and implement graphical user interfaces required
7. Intimate working knowledge of leading design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
8. Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

03.(Senior) Software Quality Engineer [急招]
职位描述

2. Provide guidance and direction on acceptability of software quality deliverables (test plan, test summary report, test procedures, risk assessment, RTM, etc) based on requirements and templates given
3. Act as an effective team member, who provides independent review on deliverables used to develop, implement, and maintain (Requirements, software and technical documentation review for example)
4. Make recommendations for the continuous improvement of the software quality lifecycle
5. Develop test procedures independently

1. Bachelor Degree or above (preferably in computer science, technical fields)
