I want to creat a new account ,but bug zilla say send mail error how to fix it ? the error message is /etc/mail/sendmail.cf: line 0: cannot open: Permission denied

There was an error sending mail from 'bugzilla-daemon' to 'alven.guo@orionits.com.cn':error when closing pipe to /usr/lib/sendmail:

不用考我们英文吧

这是没有配置邮件服务器的原因，配置了邮件服务器就ok了！

错误大意是无法发送邮件！

sorry i can't enter chinese. please tell me how to set? my linuxs had setup the sendmail but also not effect , please tell me thank you
