美国软件公司研发中心(中国)急聘多名Senior QA engineer(月薪10-15K),base in Shanghai/Shenzhen/Wuhan
具体条件如下:
Requirements:
BS in CS in Computer Programming. MS in related field preferred.
3-5 years of technical experience in mechanical design or developing mechanical design software.
3-5 years programming or QA experience in C, C++, or VB. Knowledge of object-oriented design and experience with code coverage and automation tools a plus.
Familiarity Quality Assurance, and Software Development processes a must.


Personal Skills:
Bi-lingual in the read, writing, and speaking of English and Mandarin dialect.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks.
Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities. Highly adaptive and capable of being an individual contributor and working as part of an extended team.

同事也招聘QA manager,年薪30-35W. 有2年以上相关管理经验,英语口语流利,具体要求如下:

B.S. or M.S in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years software testing experience or software development experience.
At least 2-4 years of technical management experience in software company managing QA or development teams.
Good understanding and experience applying state-of-the-are software quality assurance methods, strategies, concepts, tools in a Windows environment.
Experience with commercial or internally developed automation tools strongly desired.


Personal Skills:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to work in a highly collaborative, multi-country/time zone environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to track and prioritize numerous tasks.
Proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities.
Very comfortable with technical material and demonstrated ability to present and explain complex concepts to a technically astute audience that may be unfamiliar with the specific area.

QA Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for managing an effective QA engineering team developing/maintaining a coherent, progressive, QA strategy . Manage the team through the entire process (requirements, design, review and coding, stabilization, beta, and release).

This position will work directly with development, customer support, and sales. Need to have managed 5-10 direct reports with preferable experience working in a global company Background should also include software development and QA methodologies, experience developing and releasing software.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of QA engineers and interns across; responsible for appropriate staffing and deployment of resources, product deliverables, and dates.
Work with QA management to help set vision, goals, and objectives to guide the quality initiatives for the product line.
Develop QA strategies, schedules, and resource plans in conjunction with development to ensure testing coverage and product quality.
Establish and monitor the development of software test plans, automated and manual test cases with a focus on workflow (production use), performance, and migration.
Responsible for monitoring, and reporting quality metrics to measure product release readiness. Skills in presenting to senior management on release readiness and quality strategies.
Oversee and coordinate software testing, including workflow testing, automation strategies and implementation, and customer events (betas etc...).

Requirements:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, write, test and debug source code of Inventor applications.
Lead a high performance team to deliver solutions, with high level of quality, that meet customer requirements and product specifications.

Requirements:

职位一:UI Dev. Lead/UI Dev
Responsibilities:
·Lead a local development team to develop a shared common UI scheme/components for all major products.
·Work with local/remote project manager to clearly define the scope of projects for the local team, set up the proper schedule and monitor the projects progress.
·Work with the team to come up with the overall architectural design and communicate proactively with headquarter tech leads to ensure both sides reach consensus on the major design decisions.
·Help set up and deploy a consistent development processes, tools, standards and best practices.
·Manage the performance of all members of local team, including mid-year/year-end performance review, regular 1x1s and career development planning.

- 2+ years software architecture design experience using 3 tier programming model
