标题: bugzilla 2.20汉化失败
初来乍到，向各位高手问好～

我建的bugzilla2.20，本来一切正常，今天一时好奇，把汉化包按他的说明装上了，修改参数，然后确定，这都没问题，结果再点任意选项就成了下面这样，重新从主页面登陆也这样了：

Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it to THE MAINTAINER HAS NOT YET BEEN SET with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared.

URL: http://localhost/

Template->process() failed twice.
First error: file error - index.html.tmpl: not found
Second error: file error - global/code-error.html.tmpl: not found

帮你定一下!
我昨天刚装完bugzilla,并且可以发信等,但是当汉化后也报这个错误,急需解决,请知道的大侠帮帮忙啊!
还有就是报错后再次登陆就不能登陆了,用别的账户登陆也不行,就说无法显示网页,这是为什么啊?
你知道嘛?
