could you help me,please?

i want to translate the following sentence into chinese,but i don't know what the mean of the word-"account" is.

If a requirement needs to be corrected, the change process must take into account the ripple effect upon design, code, and all associated documentation, including test documentation. To effectively manage this process, any changes should be baselined and versioned in a configuration-management system.

take into account 连在一起是一个词组：考虑，重视

如果一个需求需要更正，变更过程必须考虑到由此给设计、代码和所有文档包括测试文档带来的连锁反应。为了有效管理这个过程，任何变更都应该在配置管理系统里面标记版本并基线化。

“take into account”：考虑。

如果一个需求需要被根正，必须考略设计，代码和所有相关文档包括测试文档的连锁反应。为了高效管理这一过程，任何变更应该被基线化以及纳入到配置管理系统中去。

baselined == 基线化??? Not sure this is right.
Baseline is a concept in configuration management, here is a link explains what is baseline (in English :-)
